Moody Family Wines Return Policy

Moody Family Wines does not process or accept returns of product. Orders replaced by Moody Family Wines may be subject to a reasonable reissue fee. Moody Family Wines reserves the right to charge an additional fee for all re-issued orders upon customer’s request for reshipment.

We currently only ship within the State of Texas.

For deliveries outside of Texas please call the tasting room for special arrangements.

We also do not ship wine orders during times of excessive heat. Orders will be shipped when the weather is more condusive and presents less potential harm to your wine during shipment.

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine we are only permitted to ship to certain states.
